We are currently delivering a $100M commercial construction project in Port Hedland and are growing our project team to support successful delivery.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager with a strong track record delivering major commercial construction projects from commencement through to completion.
n
This is an opportunity to take a senior leadership role on a significant project, overseeing day-to-day site operations, subcontractors, safety, quality, program and project delivery.

$100M commercial construction project

15-month project duration

FIFO Monday-Friday

Salary package up to $300K, depending on experience

Relocation available | Relocation support provided for the successful candidate

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Lead the day-to-day delivery of the project on site
n
Manage site teams, subcontractors and construction activities
n




Drive program, quality, safety and productivity
n
Coordinate trades, consultants and project stakeholders
n
Manage site logistics, sequencing and construction planning
n
Identify and resolve construction issues
n
Ensure works are delivered to specification, program and budget
n
Lead project completion, defects and handover
n

About You
n
n
Proven experience delivering commercial projects valued at $50M+
n
Full project delivery experience from mobilisation to completion
n
Strong subcontractor and site team management experience
n
Solid understanding of construction programs, safety and quality
n
Robust communication and leadership skills
n
Relevant construction qualification or trade background
n
Australian construction experience
