Job Description
St Vincent's Care Gympie is seeking a Living Support Partner to provide compassionate, person-centred care to residents within a dedicated household team.
You will assist with daily living activities, respect routines, and help residents feel protected, valued and engaged.
Ideal candidates hold a Certificate III/IV in Individual Support or Aged Care, with 6+ months of residential aged care experience (dementia care a plus).
AutumnCare experience and NCCHC checks are preferred.
