We're looking for an experienced Executive Assistant who thrives in a rapid-paced environment and can be the trusted right-hand to senior leaders.

What You'll Be Doing:
Managing complex and ever-changing executive diaries
Coordinating internal and external meetings
Preparing agendas, presentations and meeting documentation
Organising travel and logistics
Tracking actions, deadlines and follow-ups
Acting as a key liaison across the business
Handling confidential information with professionalism and discretion
Providing seamless support that enables senior leaders to perform at their best
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience supporting senior executives as an Executive Assistant
Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
Confidence to manage upwards and respectfully challenge when needed
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Ability to juggle competing priorities in a dynamic environment
A proactive, positive, and team-focused approach
This role will initially support two senior executives, with opportunities to provide broader executive support as the organisation continues to grow. We're looking for someone who can anticipate needs, solve problems before they arise and become a trusted extension of the leadership team.
