Job Description
Guzman y Gomez Melbourne is seeking a Restaurant Manager to take ownership of the day-to-day running of our fast-paced Mexican kitchen.
You will lead the team, coach staff, and drive service excellence while upholding brand standards.
You will also oversee inventory control and financial performance to deliver robust results, ensuring KPI targets are met and a high level of customer satisfaction is maintained across all shifts.
