Microba is hiring a Laboratory Director (Director of Laboratory Services)

Lead our NATA/ISO 15189 accredited diagnostic laboratory as we scale. An executive role reporting to the CEO, with a transparent mandate over production, quality and regulatory decisions.

Key responsibilities
Operational leadership of our diagnostic laboratory as we scale.
Our NATA/ISO 15189 accreditation and ISO 13485 certification.
Laboratory technology upgrades, systems integration, and commercialisation of recent tests.

What you will bring
A PhD or Fellowship relevant to diagnostic or molecular microbiology, plus at least 5 years’ relevant laboratory experience.
Experience leading a NATA/ISO 15189 accredited laboratory at volume, and robust people leadership. CAP accreditation experience advantageous.
