About The Role
Work autonomously and in a team to completecommercial/industrialtenders, up to $150 mil.
Liaise with Clients, sub-contractors and architects during the tender process.
Receive support from an highly experienced pre-construction team.
Develop relationships with suppliers and Tier 1 & 2 sub-contractors.
Your Background
Ideally have worked for acommercial/industrial/apartmentbuilder in a Cost Planning or Estimating role
Strong communication skills and have the ability to build relationships internally and externally with sub-contractors
