We are seeking aSenior Consultant, Manager or Subject Matter Expertwith strongBusiness Continuity Management (BCM) and Enterprise Resilienceexperience to lead an independent capability review and develop practical recommendations for a major organisation.
Key Responsibilities
LeadBCM and Enterprise Resilience current-state and maturity assessments
Conduct document reviews, stakeholder interviews and workshops
AssessBCM frameworks, BIA methodologies, governance, crisis management and incident response
Evaluate integration withEnterprise Risk Management
Perform gap assessments againstISO *****and relevant Australian risk and security frameworks
DevelopBCM frameworks, resilience playbooks and supporting templates
Create animplementation roadmap
Prepare executive-level reports and present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders
About You




At least 5 years experience inBCM, Enterprise Resilience or related consulting
Proven experience conductingmaturity assessments, independent reviews and gap analyses
Strong knowledge ofBIA, BCM frameworks, crisis management and incident response
Experience withISO *****
Understanding ofrisk management, governance and GRC
Australian Government or highly regulated setting experience highly desirable
Excellent stakeholder engagement, facilitation, report writing and presentation skills
Able to work independently and confidently engage with senior stakeholders
Open to work on a 3-month contract duration
