Job Description
SMEC is seeking an experienced Health, Safety & Wellbeing Coordinator to support HSW and Environmental initiatives across ANZ operations.
The role is based in Sydney/Melbourne, in a hybrid working setting, ideal for someone passionate about safety culture and continuous improvement.
You will work with stakeholders to ensure compliance, conduct assurance activities, manage fleet safety processes, and foster a safety-first culture focused on operational excellence.
