Job Description
Cheil Australia is seeking a People & Culture leader to shape culture, enhance the employee experience and support growth from Sydney.
This Talent Acquisition Specialist will partner with hiring managers to drive end-to-end recruitment across Field Force and HQ roles, including briefs, ads, screening, interviews, offers and onboarding.
You will manage talent pools, provide regular updates to internal teams and stakeholders, and lead recruitment projects, with a 4-days-in-office/1-day-WFH
