About the Role

Reporting to the Store Manager/Assistant Store Manager, this role is responsible for providing an excellent customer experience, meeting sales targets and maintaining the highest levels of store presentation.

Customer service experience (in a retail environment would be advantageous).

A brand ambassador with a natural ability to build rapport and develop customer relationships.

An obvious love for fashion, styling and trends within the industry.

Ability to prioritise tasks and expectations.

Impeccable personal presentation.

Versatile availability including weekends and peak retail periods.

Experience with online fulfillment.
