We are currently seeking Casual Community Support Workers to support our Out of Hospital Care clients to live safely and independently at home.
n
The work is across Sydney's Inner West, Inner City and Canterbury-Bankstown communities.

What we're looking for:
n
n
Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Disability, Aged Care or equivalent is a MUST.
n
Experience in either aged care, disability, community is ideal.
n
Strong communication and observational skills
n
Patience, reliability, and a gentle approach to care
n
Current driver's license and reliable vehicle (essential)
n
Highly desirable if you speak an additional language in addition to English either Italian, Mandarin, Cantonese,, Greek and Arabic.
n
n
Role responsibilities:
n




n
Support Out of Hospital Care clients to live well at home by providing personal care with dignity, including assistance with showering, grooming and dressing.
n
You'll also help with domestic tasks, meal preparation and offer companionship that truly makes a difference.
n
n
Mandatory Requirements:
n
n
Current First Aid Certificate
n
Police Check
n
NDIS Worker Screening Check
n
Working with Children Check
n
TB Screening, DTPA, Hepatitis B, MMR and Varicella vaccinations (or willing to obtain)
n
Full Australian Work Rights
