The Perth Mint in East Perth is seeking a Team Lead Fire Assay to join our Refinery Laboratory on a permanent full time basis. You will balance hands-on laboratory work with leading and supporting a small team, coordinating daily activities and ensuring safe, accurate, timely delivery of results.

You will hold a Diploma of Laboratory Technology, bring prior lab experience (ideally in a commercial setting) and demonstrate strong leadership.
