Job Description

The Role
n
Reporting to the Head
n of Marketing and working closely with the Salesforce Platform Manager, this is
n a new role being established to strengthen the organisations data and reporting
n capability. This is a hands-on role where you will provide analysis and
n insights to support service delivery, performance monitoring and strategic
n decision making.
n
You will analyse and
n interpret client, service, contact centre and operational data, and deliver
n high-quality reporting to internal stakeholders and the Board. You will also
n lead improvements in data quality, reporting frameworks, and automation.
n
Key responsibilities include:
n
n
Analysing data across systems (e.g. client management, contact centre, intake channels) to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
n
Developing data dashboards in tableau and reports to support Executive, operational and Board decision making
n
Supporting reporting, including tracking performance against agreed targets and outcomes
n
Improving data quality, consistency,
and governance practices across the organisation
n
Leading data and reporting improvement initiatives, including automation and system integration
n
n
About you:
n
You are a
n solid analytical thinker who can translate data into practical insights and
n influence decision-making. You are equally comfortable working with data and
n engaging stakeholders across the organisation.
n
You will bring:
n
n
Proven experience analysing data across multiple systems and producing insights that have informed operational or strategic decisions
n
Demonstrated experience building and maintaining dashboards using Tableau that are actively used by stakeholders to monitor performance
n
Proven experience using Salesforce as a CRM/reporting tool' or 'proficiency in Salesforce reporting and dashboards.
n
Advanced Excel skills, with evidence of using Excel for data analysis, modelling, data cleaning, or reporting (e.g. pivot tables, formulas, data manipulation)
n
A track record of improving data quality and integrity, including implementing data cleaning, validation, or governance practices
n
Experience identifying and delivering improvements to reporting processes, including automation or integration of data across systems
n
Proven ability to manage and deliver projects, balancing competing priorities and meeting deadlines
