The Opportunity

You will provide high-quality administrative and legal support to a busy team of lawyers, helping to manage matters from initial instruction through to resolution.

The role
Providing day-to-day administrative and legal support to solicitors
Managing correspondence, documents, files and court-related documentation
Preparing briefs, reports, letters and other legal documents
Liaising with clients, insurers, barristers, medical providers and other stakeholders
Managing diaries, appointments and deadlines
Assisting with matter management and maintaining accurate file records
Supporting lawyers with general administrative and paralegal tasks as required.





About You
We are looking for Legal Assistants who are organised, proactive and genuinely enjoy working in a team environment.
At least 2 years' experience as a Legal Assistant
Experience within a law firm or legal workplace
Strong organisational and time-management skills
High attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities
A professional and client-focused approach
Confidence working with legal systems and technology.
