genU is looking for a hands-on and supportive Site Supervisor to lead the day-to-day operations of one of our café sites. You'll help create a welcoming setting for customers while coaching and supporting employees of all abilities to build confidence, develop skills, and thrive at work

What you'll do
n
As our Site Supervisor, you'll:
n
n
Keep daily café operations running efficiently and safely
n
Mentor and train team members to build skills and confidence
n
Maintain great food safety, hygiene and workplace safety standards
n
Support continuous improvement and create a positive customer experience
n
n
What you'll bring
n
n
Hospitality experience - café, restaurant or similar environment
n
A positive, patient and supportive leadership style
n
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
n
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
n
An enthusiasm for working alongside people of all abilities
n
n

Experience in disability employment or supported workplaces
