Job Description
Recoveriescorp is seeking a Real-Time Analyst to monitor operational performance, respond to issues, and provide intraday insights to optimize resource allocation.
You'll use workforce management systems to support real-time decisions and ensure client SLAs are met.
Working in a fast-paced contact centre workplace, you will generate reports, identify risks, and collaborate with Team Leaders to drive continuous improvement.
Strong analytical skills and Excel proficiency are essential.
