About The Role
n
Due to rapid growth and a strong pipeline of client projects, we are currently looking for a Project Manager to support the delivery of several projects within Aurizn's Integrated Electromagnetic Warfare Program (IEWP). As part of this role, you will work closely with customers and multi-disciplinary engineering teams on-site at DSTG Edinburgh to plan and deliver software and research focused capabilities for the Australian Defence Force.
This role would suit someone with a background in software delivery, synthetic test & evaluation, modelling & simulation, or electromagnetic warfare.

This diverse role and would see you take on a range of tasks including:
n
n
Lead the end-to-end delivery of multiple client-side technical Defence projects.
n
Work closely with clients and industry stakeholders to understand requirements and define tangible tasks for engineering teams to deliver against.
n
Report on project and individual team progress to clients and internal business stakeholders.
n
Develop and maintain detailed project plans.
n
Produce, review and deliver Australian Standard for Defence Contracting (ASDEFCON) documents.
n
Identify risks and issues and apply mitigation/control strategies.
n
n
About you
n
n
Bachelors degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field
n
Post graduate Project Management certifications are highly regarded (e.g. PMI CAPM/PPM, AIPM, etc..)
n
Experience working with multi-disciplinary engineering teams in a Defence setting
n
Familiarity with the ASDEFCON suite of templates
n
Experience or familiarity with electromagnetic warfare, modelling & simulation, or test & evaluation fundamentals is desirable
n
Experience working within DSTG or broader Defence industry is highly regarded
n
Able to work independently and as part of a team
n
n
Due to a requirement to be eligible for a NV1 security clearance, Australian Citizenship is required.
n
