At St Catherine’s, we’re looking for a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our permanent care team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in delivering person-centred care that promotes dignity, comfort, and wellbeing for our residents.
Requirements
Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent, compassionate nature, team player
Salary
$25.50 – $28.00 per hour
What you’ll do:
Provide high-quality clinical care and support to residents
Develop and implement personalised care plans
Support and mentor care staff to ensure best practice
Monitor and manage medication administration and health outcomes
Communicate with families, doctors, and allied health specialists
Contribute to a positive, respectful,
and cooperative team environment
What you’ll bring:
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
A genuine passion for aged care and person-centred practice
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team and with families
Understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards
