A well-presented, easily managed 21-room Motel near Brisbane City requires an experienced and qualified Single Manager or Management couple for 2 days per week ongoing & annual leave coverage of permanent managers commencing 19th and 20th September 2026. All linen is outsourced. Excellent housekeeping team in place – who do all the stripping & cleaning. Reception hours are 7:30am to 6pm daily. Part-Time handyman in place for all maintenance activities. No Pool. No Gardening. No Food – Breakfast Packs & Pre-Made meals are available for purchase from reception. Guestpoint FOS – must have experience. No in office accommodation & thus no requirement to stay overnight on working days. $315 per day. The 2 days can be versatile depending on availability.
