Job Description

Valiant Finance is seeking a Biz Ops Specialist to own the telephony ecosystem, campaign execution, and data-driven decisioning. You'll drive IVR flows, AI agent rollout, and day-to-day system administration, becoming central to how we talk to customers.

Ideal candidates have IT support or junior analyst backgrounds, a curiosity for systems, and solid data instincts. This role supports hybrid work from Sydney, with mentorship and growth in Genesys-based operations.
