Required skills and competencies:

ProvenService Design experience, with exposure to solution
design/architecture,
information architecture, user-centric content design and knowledge repositories.

Excellent communication, documentation and presentation skills with strong stakeholder engagement.
n
Experience working effectively with virtual and shared teams.
n
Highly organised, delivery-focused and able to manage deadlines and priorities.
n
Strong emotional intelligence and ability to understand and manage diverse stakeholder needs.
n
Adaptable approach to changing requirements, solutions and processes.
