Job Description
We are looking for Registered Nurses, who are passionate about a person-centered approach to care, to join our 87-bed facility in Kempsey on a casual or permanent part time basis.

You must be dedicated to working and understanding the residential aged care workplace and standards. We have a range of shifts available and a culture of high-level empathy and compassion for our residents.

What You Will Do
n
n
Holistic assessment in partnership with residents and their representatives
n
Development and evaluation of individualised resident care plans
n
Supervise and support Personal Care Workers
n
Clinical care including wound management, palliative care and medication management
n
Liaison with medical and allied health care staff
n
Provision of safe, high quality care in accordance with the Aged Care Quality Standards
n
Positive resident experience through resident-first approach
n

What you will bring
n
n
Registration with the AHPRA as a registered nurse is essential
n
Minimum 2 years experience in providing clinical care
n
Strong verbal and written communication skills
n
Hold NDIS Worker Checks (or willing to obtain)
n
