Identify opportunities across the product portfolio to build more value for schools and educators
n
Run structured customer discovery to understand customer needs and priorities
n
Evaluate commercial viability, including build, partner or buy options
n
Create business cases for commercially viable ideas and present them to Executives
n
Produce prototypes using Figma and AI-assisted design tools
n
Test concepts with customers
n
Handover new concepts to relevant product teams with a clear brief
n
Remain involved in an advisory capacity through early build
n
Work across strategy, product management and design teams
n
n
Requirements
n
n
3 to 6 years of experience across product strategy, product design or a related field, ideally with some SaaS or EdTech exposure
n
Track record or portfolio demonstrating design taste and judgement, alongside financial modelling and commercial thinking
n
Experience building a business case or commercial rationale for a new product or feature
n
Working fluency in Figma and AI-assisted design tools
n
Strong written and verbal communication, comfortable presenting ideas to senior stakeholders
n
Comfort working across multiple teams without a fixed home base
n
Ability to explain why one UX approach works better than another
n
Experience conducting structured customer discovery and translating findings into product prototypes
n
Ability to balance design craft with commercial thinking,



including pricing decisions and commercial models, especially across AI products
n
Rapid, adaptable and disciplined approach to experimentation
n
Valid Employee Working With Children Check required before commencing employment
n
Satisfactory National Police Check required before commencing employment
n
Verification of unrestricted work rights in Australia required before commencing employment
n
