About the Role
n
You will be working with qualified buyer leads and assisting clients in purchasing off-the-plan and newly completed properties across Sydney.
n
Key Responsibilities:
n
n
Manage inbound buyer enquiries (REA, Domain, WeChat, Google)
n
Present property projects (display suites, open days, private consultations)
n
Build and maintain client relationships using CRM systems
n
Guide buyers through the purchase process (contracts, finance basics, etc.)
n
Work closely with senior sales managers to close deals
n
n
Requirements
n
What We're Looking For
n
n
Valid working rights in Australia (Citizen / PR / Visa holders)
n




Real estate certificate (or willing to obtain NSW Assistant Agent Certificate)
n
Strong communication & interpersonal skills
n
Sales-driven mindset and proactive attitude
n
Bilingual (Mandarin / Korean / Vietnamese) is highly advantageous
n
Driver's licence and car preferred
n
