About the Role
n
The role of the Installer - Condell Park NSW is to work in conjunction with the branch operations/sales team to coordinate the Pump and Dewatering projects within the region in accordance with United Rentals expectations.
n
Key Responsibilities:
n
n
Prepare, deliver, and install dewatering related projects. Carry out required system checks of current installations for effective operation throughout project duration.
n
Communicate effectively with customers, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure equipment suitability and manage project requirements.
n
Organise correct quantities and types of equipment for projects, ensure availability, and assist with planning and implementation of project logistics.
n
Ensure products are installed per quotation specifications, identify discrepancies, and provide in office training and technical support to customers.
n
Maintain all equipment in working order, conduct inspections of returned equipment, ensure proper testing equipment availability and manage timely servicing.
n
Maintain safe work environments, conduct risk assessments, ensure valid licenses, comply with company policies and wear appropriate PPE.
n
Complete accurate paperwork, manage delivery schedules, conduct damage assessments with repair scope documentation and maintain proper records.
n




Identify opportunities to promote additional products and work toward optimal outcomes for both United Rentals and customers.
n
Work effectively as part of a team, maintain high personal presentation standards and adopt solution-focused approaches to challenges.

What We're Looking For
n
n
Highly effective communication and people skills at all levels
n
Ability and desire to participate in a team environment
n
Good organisation skills
n
A good technical understanding of Pumps, Sewer bypass and Dewatering products
n
Ability to read and understand OEM maintenance documentation
n
Experience with construction and/or working on sites
n
Advantageous to have experience in Pumps, Dewatering or Water Treatment works
n
Confide space entrance ticket advantageous
n
