EnerMech is seeking an experienced Condition Monitoring Technician to support client sites across Western Australia from our Henderson office. You will collect and analyze asset condition data, focusing on vibration analysis, thermography, and oil analysis to identify faults early and reduce unplanned downtime.

The role supports reliability programs and RCA investigations, maintains CM data and asset hierarchies, and communicates findings to planning teams.
