The Role

We are looking for a Full time Practice Nurse to join our Rockingham practice to be a key team member working collaboratively with an experience team of Nurses and General Practitioners, providing high quality and comprehensive care for all patients

The Tasks
n
n
Performing health assessments
n




Administering vaccines
n
Post vaccination observations and monitoring
n
Triaging patients and prioritization of emergency situations
n
Assisting GP with minor procedures
n
Coordination, management, and maintenance of patient clinical data
n
Wound dressings and removal of sutures
n
Health education and coaching to support patients with achievement of their goals
n
n
The Successful Candidate
n
n
AHPRA registered Enrolled or Registered Nurse
n
Proven prior experience in General Practice or an acute setting
n
Knowledge of Health Assessment is highly regarded
n
Robust organisational and time management skills
n
Outstanding communication and customer service skills
n
A passion for people and a personable approach
n
