Law Squared is a Human Centred law firm built on fixed fees, not billable hours. We're looking for a Senior Employment Lawyer to take ownership of client relationships and complex matters across the full employment lifecycle - without the hierarchy or billable pressure of a traditional firm.

Full-time preferred; we're open to discussing part time for the right candidate.

Some Of The Responsibilities You'll Be Trusted To Run
n
n
Advise across the full spectrum of employment law - hiring, managing and firing - for both ad hoc and retainer clients
n
Build and manage client relationships in line with the team's strategic plans, with real autonomy and minimal supervision
n
Play an active role in client acquisition and retention for the Employment + Workplace Relations team
n
Contribute to the team and firm's strategic direction as a senior voice, not just a delivery lawyer
n

What You'll Bring

6 - 10 years' PQE in employment and workplace relations, with a strong technical foundation and confidence advising on complex or sensitive matters
n
