Job Description

Yokohama TWS in Melbourne is seeking a day-to-day service coordinator to manage customer requirements from enquiry to job completion. You will work with Branch and State Managers, tyre technicians and operations teams to coordinate jobs, keep customers informed, and handle changing priorities in a quick-paced workplace.

Experience in customer service or scheduling is valued; training will be provided on our systems and processes, with a focus on ownership, accuracy and proactive problem solving.
