Guardian Marrickville is seeking an Assistant Centre Director to lead alongside the Centre Director and Leadership Team. You'll nurture educator and family partnerships, ensuring children receive outstanding education and care in a energetic, play-based environment.
You will help build a strong Centre culture, manage resources, and contribute to safeguarding and continuous improvement across learning spaces and programs.
Full time with flexibility - mix of in office, admin, and WFH options. Lead day-to-day ops with a calm Director and stable, supportive team.
