SMEC (an SJ Group company) invites applications for an experienced Health, Safety & Wellbeing Coordinator to support HSW and Environmental initiatives across ANZ operations. The role is based in Sydney/Melbourne with a hybrid work setup and a focus on safety culture and continuous improvement.

You will partner with stakeholders to implement HSW processes, conduct audits, and drive compliance while maintaining fleet safety and reporting.
