Job Description

Symbos invites you to join a brand-recent inbound Customer Service team supporting one of Australia's leading fine wine distributors. This casual role offers flexible schedule Monday to Friday, full paid training, and a welcoming, team-oriented culture in a convenient Knox area location.

You will handle orders, account enquiries, deliveries and returns by phone and email, keeping customers informed and solving problems with care. Prior hospitality or wine industry interest is valued.
