Essential Functions
Design and deliver customized, skills-based instruction aligned to client objectives and LDI's learning framework.
Develop course outlines, plans, and instructional materials for assigned engagements.
Deliver instruction in person and/or virtually, based on client requirements.




Use project-based, applied, and inquiry-driven teaching methods.
Collaborate with LDI staff and client stakeholders to ensure high-quality delivery.
Maintain transparent and timely communication regarding scheduling, availability, and instructional needs.
Prerequisite Qualifications
Teaching, training, or facilitation experience with adult learners or working professionals.
Demonstrated expertise in Excel, Office Suite, data analysis, automation systems, PLCs, maintenance operations, AI tools, or business systems.
Demonstrated expertise in learning management systems and virtual conferencing platforms such as Zoom and Google Meet.
Demonstrated skills in individual and group counseling techniques.
Solid communication and facilitation skills in both in-person and virtual environments.
Relevant certifications, degrees, or substantial professional experience in the subject area.
Equivalent combinations of education and professional experience may be considered.
Compensation:
$45/hour
At the university's discretion,



the education and experience prerequisites may be exempted where the candidate can demonstrate to the satisfaction of the university an equivalent combination of education and experience specifically preparing the candidate for success in the position.
