ESS, part of Compass Group, manages large-scale accommodation villages for remote workers, providing essential comforts including nutritious meals, clean accommodation, freshly laundered workwear, and access to health and wellness facilities. Our globally recognised Tastelife program delivers a holistic approach to wellbeing, combining healthy eating, education, physical activity, and lifestyle initiatives to support both the mental and physical health of residents.

The Position
n
The role is ideal for energetic, enthusiastic, and passionate health, fitness, and lifestyle professionals who thrive in a FIFO environment. You will play a key role in delivering our holistic Tastelife program, ensuring residents enjoy a positive, healthy, and engaging lifestyle while on site.

Implement and support company-wide health, lifestyle, and wellbeing initiatives
n
Coordinate and promote lifestyle and wellbeing events within the village
n
Monitor and maintain sporting, leisure, and recreational facilities
n
Conduct health assessments and gym inductions for residents
n
Deliver fitness and group exercise classes
n
Facilitate educational seminars for residents and ESS staff
n
Maintain clear communication, reporting, and compliance processes
n

The Person




n
n
Proactive, well-organised, and able to work independently
n
Strong communication and presentation skills
n
Passion for physical and mental health, fitness, and wellbeing
n
High focus on customer service and resident engagement
n
Administrative capability
n
Certificate IV in Fitness or Diploma of Sport and Recreation
n
Current first aid and CPR certificates
n
Minimum 12 months' experience in a fitness facility or similar role
n
Current Australian manual driver's license
n
