Job Description
City of Port Phillip is seeking an experienced Festival Production Administrator to help deliver the St Kilda Festival in ****.
You will recruit and onboard event staff, oversee online safety inductions, and supervise casual staff and volunteers across festival operations from St Kilda Town Hall with flexible working arrangements.
This full-time role in Melbourne requires solid planning, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to meet tight deadlines in a busy festival environment.
