About The Role
This is a senior, hands‐on People & Development opportunity partnering closely with Partners and senior leaders across the business.
You'll translate business strategy into practical people priorities, providing trusted advice across performance, talent, employee relations, workforce planning and change.
Sitting within an experienced P&D; team, you'll have genuine influence over how leaders build capable, engaged and high-performing teams.
DUTIES
Partner with senior leaders and Partners to identify people priorities and deliver practical, commercially focused solutions
Coach and influence leaders across performance, capability, talent development and complex people decisions
Lead annual performance, talent and remuneration processes across your stakeholder groups
Manage employee relations matters, including performance concerns, terminations and broader people risks
Drive people initiatives and projects across engagement, leadership effectiveness, talent and organisational change
Use workforce data and people insights to identify trends and support evidence‐based decision‐making




Support leaders through change, helping teams adapt while maintaining engagement and performance
Collaborate across the broader People & Development function to deliver consistent and effective people solutions
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Proven experience in an HR Manager, People & Development Manager or senior HR Business Partner capacity
Strong generalist HR experience, including employee relations, performance management and complex people matters
Experience within professional services, legal, consulting, financial services or another complex corporate environment will be highly regarded
Demonstrated confidence partnering with senior executives, Partners or similarly senior stakeholder groups
Strong commercial judgement with the ability to balance people outcomes with broader business priorities
Experience influencing, coaching and constructively challenging senior stakeholders
Strong communication and relationship‐building skills with a pragmatic, solutions‐focused approach
