Holy Trinity Anglican Church is one of Brisbane's oldest Anglican parishes, well known for its welcoming community, beautiful heritage buildings, and practical outreach to people doing it tough.

This is far more than an administration role.

You'll become the operational heartbeat of the parish, working alongside our clergy, staff, volunteers, and wider community to ensure everything from worship services to community welfare programs runs smoothly.

Hours
n
Hours will be negotiated with the successful candidate, being either:
n
10:30am-2:30pm on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays (16 hours per week); or
n
9:30am-2:30pm on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays (15 hours per week).

About the Role
n




Your role will be to coordinate the day-to-day operation of the parish and support our ministry, welfare programs, and facilities.
n
Parish Operations and Facilities: administering venue hire; assisting with work health and safety administration; processing and handling orders for church, welfare, and office supplies; ensuring good order in parish spaces.
n
Administration and Communications: reception duties; handling correspondence; supporting parish organisation; maintaining records; any other reasonable duties as directed.
n
Welfare and Ministry Support: providing in office back-up support for volunteers; supporting logistics of welfare operations, such as stock control and safety compliance; assisting with administrative support for worship services, including Baptisms, weddings, and funerals.
