Key Duties
Evaluate students' skills tocreate a flexible, individualisedcurriculuminEnglishthataddresses their specific needs andgoals.
Implement learning programsbased on research into how students learn, usingformativeassessmenttechniques to adjust instruction and enhanceengagement and understanding.
Continuously refine teachingstrategies and activities using student feedback and assessmentdata to improve lesson plans anddelivery.
Developstudent-centredactivities that promote exploration andinnovation in product design, encouraging practical applicationof theoretical knowledge.




Sethighexpectationstocreate a safe, inclusive, andsupportiveclassroomculture, fostering creativity andproblem-solving.

Skills and Experience
Demonstrated experienceinteachingVCEEnglishat Secondary yearlevels.
Genuine enthusiasm for teachingand commitment to students' academic and personalgrowth
Goodcommunicationskillsandtheabilitytoexplaincomplexdesignconceptseffectivelyandengagewithstudents,colleagues,and parents.
Committedtoongoingprofessionaldevelopment,keepingup-to-datewithcurrent trendsinEnglishliterature,andmaintainingaproactiveattitude.
Holds a Teaching Qualificationand specialised qualifications inEnglishor relatedfields.
