Job Description
IKEA is seeking a Visual Merchandiser to lead store styling, space planning and presentation that enhances the customer experience and drives sales at IKEA Tempe on-site.
You will translate insights into inspiring retail environments that reflect customer needs and the IKEA vision.
The role requires hands-on execution, robust commercial awareness and collaboration with diverse teams, with a 76hrs/fortnight schedule and a 7:30am–3:30pm shift pattern.
