The Role
n

Establishing project programmes, budgets and delivery strategies
n
Managing procurement schedules and the letting of trade packages
n




Coordinating clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers
n
Monitoring project costs, forecasts, claims and variations
n
Leading project meetings and maintaining clear stakeholder communication
n
Resolving design, contractual and construction issues
n
n
The Criteria
n
n
A degree in Construction Management, Building, Engineering or a related discipline
n
Strong knowledge of procurement, contracts, cost control and forecasting
n
Experience across new builds, refurbishments or fit-outs
n
Exposure to education, health, aged care, community or government-funded projects will be highly regarded
n
n
Australian permanent residency or unrestricted working rights are required.
