An exciting chance has become available for an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to join a global organisation for an initial 3-month assignment.
n
Supporting a diverse Australia and New Zealand predominately portfolio,this is a hands‐on senior HR role where you will partner with leaders across a variety of business units.
n
This will suit an experienced HRBP who can quickly understand a business, build credibility with stakeholders and confidently provide practical, commercially focused HR advice.
n
The Role
n
Working as part of an established HR team, you will take ownership of a varied portfolio and provide end‐to‐end HR support across multiple business units.
n
Your responsibilities will include:
n
n
Partnering with leaders and managers across Australia and New Zealand
n
Providing advice across employee relations, grievances and general HR matters
n
Supporting onboarding, offboarding and employee lifecycle processes
n
Providing guidance on change and organisational activities
n
Identifying people risks and providing practical, commercially appropriate solutions
n
Supporting workers compensation matters
n
Reviewing payroll changes and assisting with payroll-related queries
n
Working within established global HR frameworks and SuccessFactors
n

About You
n




You will be an experienced Senior HR Business Partner with strong generalist capability and the confidence to operate independently in a fast‐moving environment.
n
Ideally, you will bring:
n
n
Strong end-to-end HR generalist and business partnering experience
n
Experience working within a global, matrix or complex multi-business environment
n
Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence at senior levels
n
Experience managing ER matters, grievances and organisational change
n
Strong judgement with the ability to identify and manage employment risk
n
Experience within FMCG, consumer goods, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, medical devices or distribution highly regarded
n
SuccessFactors experience advantageous
n
n
You will be pragmatic, commercially minded and confident making decisions, with the ability to build trust quickly and provide sensible, practical HR advice.
