Volgren Australia Pty Ltd is seeking a Warranty Analyst to join the Aftersales facility in Dandenong. You will manage end-to-end warranty claims, analyze trends, approve or decline claims through the KAM channel and support campaigns and recalls with internal and external partners.
The role requires 3–5 years in warranty administration, robust analytical skills and proficiency with MS Office; you will liaise with Service, Technical, Sales and Finance teams to ensure compliance and accuracy.
