Endeavour Lotteries is seeking a Loyalty Marketing Specialist (12-month contract) to grow our lottery membership program. You’ll turn customer insights into campaigns and member experiences that convert supporters into members and maximise lifetime value.
You'll work across onboarding, engagement, retention and loyalty initiatives, using behaviour data to optimise the member journey and drive recurring revenue. This role emphasizes test-and-learn to improve conversion and campaign performance.
