The Role:

Identified Call Centre Manager

We're actively looking for Mob wanting to join a leading corporate in their brand recent Mob-specific call centre! You’ll lead the implementation of a brand new team, while working closely with the existing call centres.

Responsibilities include:
Hiring, training and leading a team of 15
Ongoing coaching and mentoring of team
Providing cultural guidance and advice to the broader team
Support with RAP deliverables

Hybrid Opportunity based in either Olympic Park or Gosford





6-week rotating roster

Criteria:
Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander (Confirmation required)
Pass a Police check
Management experience in a similar environment or retail, customer service or corporate environment
Full availability
