We're excited to be partnering with a growing and highly regarded allied health organisation to recruit an experienced Speech Pathologist Team Leader.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a clinician who is ready to move beyond their individual caseload and make a bigger impact through leadership, mentoring and service development - while still maintaining a small clinical caseload.

Your Role
n
As the Speech Pathology Team Leader, you'll be responsible for:
n
n
Providing clinical supervision, mentoring and coaching to Speech Pathologists, from new graduates through to experienced clinicians.
n
Supporting clinicians with complex presentations and providing advanced clinical consultation.
n
Promoting evidence-based practice and high standards of clinical documentation and governance.
n
Supporting onboarding, capability development and professional development pathways.
n
Helping clinicians manage complex caseloads and clinical decision-making.
n
Working collaboratively with Occupational Therapy and other multidisciplinary team leaders.
n
Contributing to quality improvement, clinical audits, service innovation and continuous improvement initiatives.
n
Supporting a positive, supportive and high-performing team culture.
n
Maintaining a small clinical caseload to remain connected to clinical practice.
n
n
About You
n
You're an experienced Speech Pathologist who is passionate about people, clinical excellence and developing others.
n
You'll bring:
n
n
SPA eligibility and 3+ years' clinical experience.
n
Strong clinical experience across paediatrics and/or adults.
n
Experience in areas such as communication, swallowing, AAC and/or social skill development.
n
Previous experience in supervision, mentoring, coaching or clinical leadership.
n
Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
n
A genuine passion for supporting clinicians to grow and succeed.
n
A person-centred approach and commitment to high-quality clinical outcomes.
n
An understanding of NDIS and TAC service environments.
n
A current Australian driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
n
