Finance Manager - Non- Alc Commercial Ops

Provide financial insights and support decision-making to drive profitability and efficiency of the Grocery retail channel.
n
You will work closely with the Senior Finance Manager – Non-Alcohol Commercial Operations and Grocery Finance Business Partners to provide financial insights and support decision-making to drive profitability and efficiency of the Grocery retail channel.
n
18-month fixed term contract role
n
Key responsibilities
n
All aspects of grocery
operationsincludingmonth
-end close; annual budgeting and monthly forecasting; providing financial analysis and insights on revenue, profitmarginsand cost trends to guide business partner decision making; monitoring KPIs relating to channel performance
n
Provide insights on sales performance, revenue optimisation, promotional activities,
investment/costcontroland
inventory levels across the value chain. Evaluate sales trends impacts, seasonality, product / customer profitability, analyse
brand/category/product
mix, promotional effectiveness, and trade
spendimpactingoverall
profitability, customer inventory levels etc.
n
Financial governance including Balance Sheet reconciliations & claims management, credit management, J-SOX compliance,



Internal & External Audit support.
n
Drive process
efficiency,effectivenessand
consistency, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures
n
About You
n
Previousexperience as a Senior Finance Analyst or Finance Manager in retail and/or FMCG environments
n
Solid
financialexpertisein
forecasting, budgeting, analysis, and performance reporting
n
Bachelor's in accounting/finance; CA or CPA qualification preferred
n
Understanding of the retail value chain, pricing strategies, and inventory management
n
Skilled in cross-functional collaboration and influencing performance through data-driven insights
n
