About the role

Redland Bay Dental Care is a well-established, modern practice co-owned by Dr Ankit Wadhawan and Dr Noopur Sharma, backed by a capable practice support team. With modern facilities and a loyal local patient base, it's a practice where you can focus on good dentistry and keep growing professionally.

We're looking for a Dentist to join the team on a part-time basis,
n
The roster is:
n
n
Wednesday 8am to 5pm
n
Friday 8am to 5pm
n
Alternate Saturday 8am to 1pm
n
n
This role would suit a reliable, team-oriented dentist who's comfortable working collaboratively within an established clinical team, enjoys comprehensive general dentistry, and is motivated to grow their book and build long-term relationships with patients.

What you'll be doing
n
n
Assessing, diagnosing and treating dental conditions using sound clinical judgement
n
Providing comprehensive general dental care, including preventative, restorative, endodontic, surgical, periodontal and prosthodontic treatment
n
Talking patients through their options in plain language, so they understand what's next and why
n
Working within your scope of education, training and competence
n
Working closely with dental assistants, reception and the wider team to keep patient care running smoothly
n
Keeping accurate clinical records and meeting Dental Board of Australia guidelines
n

What we're looking for
n
n
Current AHPRA registration as a Dentist
n
Professional indemnity insurance
n




Current radiation licence and other relevant registrations
n
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
n
A genuine commitment to patient-centred care
n
n
Preferred
n
n
At least 12 months' experience working as a Dentist
n
Experience across a broad range of general dentistry
n
Confidence in treatment planning and presenting options to patients
n
Experience working within a busy private dental practice
n
Uncapped, performance-based commission, with no KPIs or targets to chase
n
An established patient base in a growing bayside community
n
A dedicated Group Marketing team helping keep new patients coming through the door
n
Modern facilities, backed by an experienced chairside and front-of-house team
n
Access to the wider Coastal Dental Care network, including mentorship from over 70 dental professionals across the group

Monthly study clubs, live streamed with playback, plus discounted rates on CPD courses
