Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Resourcer to support the delivery of contract and permanent Digital & Technology recruitment assignments within a leading specialist technology recruitment agency. This role will play a critical part in ensuring quality delivery across candidate sourcing, talent pooling, and end to end candidate management. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of a highly established recruitment business, working across multiple workstreams including candidate attraction, screening, stakeholder engagement, and recruitment delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Source and engage high quality candidates across Digital and Technology disciplines
n
- Build and maintain talent pools for current and future client requirements
n
- Manage candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle, from initial engagement through to placement
n
- Conduct candidate screening, qualification, and reference checking activities
n
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications
n
- Partner closely with the Account Manager to deliver successful recruitment outcomes
n
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
n
n
About You
n
You will bring strong experience as a Recruitment Resourcer, Candidate Manager, or Recruitment Consultant working across high-volume recruitment environments,



with the ability to manage multiple vacancies, candidate pipelines, and competing priorities.

Essential Experience
n
n
- Previous experience within recruitment, talent acquisition, or candidate management
n
- Strong sourcing and candidate engagement capability
n
- Experience using recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, SEEK, and JobAdder
n
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
n
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
n
- Ability to work across both contract and permanent recruitment assignments
n
n
Highly Regarded
n
n
- Previous experience recruiting within Digital, Technology, or ICT markets
n
- Experience supporting government or enterprise level recruitment projects
n
- Tools & technologies: LinkedIn Recruiter, SEEK, JobAdder, Bullhorn, CRM/ATS platforms
n
