Cafe Knotted Hyde Park in Sydney is seeking an experienced Sous Pastry Chef to join the opening team for our current store in October 2026. This full time, on-site leadership role supports the Head Pastry Chef in daily kitchen operations and pastry production.
You will oversee doughs, creams, fillings, glazes, and baked goods, manage production schedules, supervise junior staff, and ensure strict food safety standards in a rapid-paced workplace.
