About the Job:
We're looking for an experienced
Project Manager
to oversee the construction of
high-end luxury custom homes throughout the Los Angeles market
. This role is ideal for a residential construction professional with experience managing
budgets, schedules, subcontractors, procurement, quality, and client expectations
from pre-construction through final completion.
This opportunity is with an established
luxury custom homebuilder
specializing in high-end, one-of-a-kind residences. The company is looking for an experienced Project Manager who can take ownership of complex custom residential projects while delivering exceptional craftsmanship and a high level of client service.
What You'll Do:
Manage
luxury custom home projects from pre-construction through final completion and turnover
.
Oversee
project schedules, budgets, construction progress, and key milestones
.
Coordinate with
architects, designers, engineers, subcontractors, vendors, and clients
.
Manage subcontractors and trades throughout all phases of construction.
Review
plans, specifications, scopes of work, bids, contracts, and project documentation
.
Track
project costs, invoices, change orders, procurement, and budget performance
.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor
quality, safety, progress, and schedule adherence
.
Coordinate
permitting, inspections, material deliveries, and subcontractor scheduling
.
Maintain strong communication with
clients, architects, designers, and internal leadership
throughout the project.
Proactively identify and resolve construction challenges to minimize
schedule delays and cost impacts
.
Ensure each home is delivered to the company's standards for
quality, craftsmanship, and client satisfaction
.
What We're Looking For:
Experience in
residential construction project management
, ideally within




luxury custom homebuilding
.
Proven experience managing
high-end custom homes from pre-construction through completion
.
Strong understanding of
residential construction methods, sequencing, finishes, and building systems
.
Experience managing
subcontractors, vendors, architects, designers, engineers, and clients
.
Strong knowledge of
construction schedules, budgets, contracts, change orders, and cost management
.
Ability to read and interpret
architectural plans, construction drawings, specifications, and project documentation
.
Excellent
organization, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and complex projects simultaneously.
Experience with
high-end finishes and detail-driven residential construction
is strongly preferred.
Knowledge of the
Los Angeles luxury residential construction market
is preferred.
Ability to work
on-site in the Los Angeles, CA area
.
